Taxes:


Elements Games and Collectibles Ltd. charges applicable tax to all customers within Canada.  Please take your province/territory GST/HST into account when making a purchase.  These amounts will be calculated during the checkout process as well for your review before committing to a purchase. 


Claims regarding tax will only be approved if Elements wrongly calculated the amount for the shipping address provided.  Please refer to the refund/return policy for more info on submitting a claim.

For international customers, tax will not be applied to the purchase.


Shipping & Handling:


 After placing an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.


Please allow up to 3 days handling time before your order is processed, packaged and shipped.  Special conditions may apply during statutory holidays in Canada.


We provide the following shipping and pickup options for orders placed in Canada.


Local Pick-Up - Free

In-store or curbside pickup can be chosen by anyone, however if you do not live in the immediate area of our showroom and/or will not be in the area within 30 days of placing your order, you should choose a separate option. 

Please contact us at elements.gca@gmail to inform us of any circumstances that may prevent you from picking up and we can arrange alternate shipping methods for your order.

The pickup option can also be used to add on to previous orders set up for the local delivery option.  Simply inform us through messenger, email or other means to instruct us to add to a previous delivery order.

Local Delivery (Porch Drop-Off) - Varies

Spruce Grove / Stony Plain / Parkland County - $5.00 Flat Rate


Edmonton / St. Albert - $7.00 (Minimum $20 Order)


Sherwood Park / Fort Saskatchewan / Leduc / Beaumont / Devon / Morinville - $10 (Minimum $20 Order)


Elements will do it's best to deliver your package in a timely manner, but cannot make any guarantees on when your order will be delivered to your home.  Our delivery schedule varies, but is roughly one delivery every two weeks. The next tentative delivery date will be noted on the delivery option in checkout and will be communicated to the customer in the order confirmation notification.


When the order is being prepared to go out for delivery, the customer will receive a notification via email detailing that we have left our establishment with the package.  Delivery can take up to 6 hours after we have departed for the package to arrive.


We are currently practicing contactless porch drop off.  If you have special requests regarding drop-off please contact us or make note of this on your order when placing it.  We reserve the right to refuse drop-off if we feel the package or the associate will be put in any form of distress, or at risk of being stolen.


If you have specific requests for delivery, please note those in the "Special Instructions" section of the Cart, or contact us via messenger, or e-mail (elements.gca@gmail.com) to inform us of these special instructions.

Once your package is delivered you will receive another email notification.


Domestic Shipping - Alberta - Varies

Orders of $0-50 - $18 Flat Rate Shipping

Elements utilizes Canada Post - Expedited Parcel services for all domestic shipping.  This service includes tracking.
Once we have fulfilled your order and created a shipping label you will receive a notification via email.  The email will allow you to check the status of your order, including the ability to check the tracking number for your package.

Please allow up to 2 days for your package to be dropped off at the post office after you receive the fulfillment notification.  Shipment can take up to 14 days to arrive.

Domestic Shipping - Rest of Canada - Varies

Orders of $0-100 - $20 Flat Rate Shipping
Orders of $100-200 - $15 Flat Rate Shipping
Orders of $200 or more - Free Shipping

International Shipping - Calculated at Checkout

Elements utilizes Canada Post - International Parcel Services for all international shipping.  
When you go to checkout you will be given options for shipping based on your location, as Canada Post provides different services for different countries.  Each choice will be accompanied by a price that will be added to the total sum of your order once it is selected. 

This price is based on the total shipping weight of the products you have chosen.  This weight is either the dimensional weight or the physical weight, whichever is higher (as is the standard in shipping services).

Once we have fulfilled your order and created a shipping label you will receive a notification via email.  The email will allow you to check the status of your order, including the ability to check the tracking number for your package.
Please allow up to 2 days for your package to be dropped off at the post office after you receive the fulfillment notification.  Shipment can take up to 3 months to arrive depending on your location.

Pricing
 

All shipping costs are subject to change without notice.  If there is discrepancy between the rates noted here and the rates calculated at the time of checkout, the rates on the checkout will be taken as true.  Please contact us if there is a discrepancy and we will do our best to resolve without incident.


Claims


Elements uses Canada Post to ship the product and shipping times may vary. We always choose methods that include tracking and we will provide that for you after the product is shipped via your order status page. If your product does not arrive in a timely manner please contact us so we can try to resolve with the carrier and determine where your package is.


Right of refusal:


Elements GCA retains the right to refuse a local delivery or local pickup for any reason and will communicate that to you before refunding your order and offering you regular shipping.  We also retain the right to remove these methods of shipping from our available methods at any time without notice.
